    I'm italian and that's not a bruschetta.
    A real brhscetta is made with toasted bread with a little of olive oil, without parmesan and pepper. On top we put tomatoes with olive oil, basil and a small amount of onion or tomatoes, tuna, basil, onion and corn. THIS ARE REAL ITALIAN BRUSCHETTE ♥_♥

    While I do think this all looks delicious, this isn't three courses.. It's one course (a main- the pasta, and a side- the bread) with dessert. Splitting hairs I guess because it does look super good.
