They are now opening gourmet ramen restaurants.. so you're on to something.. ignore the haters.. they'll be grateful when they're broke and having to spice up that ramen.

I take some ground beef and scramble it in a pan until done then I drain off the excess fat. I take ramen noodles break them up into very small pieces and add them to water to boil. After they have been cooked and I drain the water out of the noodle in a strainer. I then stir up the season packet right into the noodle and add the hamburger and stir them up together. After the noodles have cooled down I put it into a container overnight in the fridge. Pull out the next day and allow it to sit for a few minutes. I take some burrito sized flour tortilla, put them into the microwave for about 15 seconds to make them soft and foldable then I add the Ramen noodles to the tortilla and wrap it up like a burrito. Then I put it on a flat pan that has gotten extremely hot. I put a pot on top to press it down for a few minutes then flip it over and do the same thing to the other side. I call this the Grilled Ramen Burger Burrito. Pick it up and dip it in BBQ sauce or just eat them plain. The crunch goes a long ways to compliment the Ramen.. I make these for parties and as an appetizer. For kids I do the same thing but a little smaller and add Mac and Cheesey Burger to the tortilla. I wrap that up then grill it on bothe sides and call it the Cheesey Burrito Bites

Love your character! You crack me up :) I'm going to try this recipe and also brilliant idea about using the napkin to soak up that grease! Don't know how many times I have tried to drain it into the trash with the lid cracked a little only to have the lid slip and I lose half of the meat. sheesh! why haven't I thought of the napkin trick?! LOL Thanks for sharing it, I'm definitely going to use it.
