Chris, I will make the dish, I have so much cans of salmon I got tired of making salmon cakes now I will make this dish and boil some coco yam and eat it with coco yam I believe that's going to be out of the world thank you again. Anita

Just made a slight variation on this. Amazing! The best part is that my wife and daughter dislike any kind of fish so there was more for me!
