I just made this for dinner tonight and it was wonderful! I used a cubed up venison hind quarter and cooked it in a pressure cooker for 15 minutes to soften the meat. Then I followed the recipe as illustrated, simmering and reducing the liquid. The meat was tender and the flavors melded nicely. My husband gave it a 9 out of 10…yum!
Delicious, I shall give this ago for tea.
