    I love the kosher crab sticks because I can't eat shellfish. They're a bit too strong in flavor for me so I sear them in a hot pan to crisp them up, it mellows out the flavor and gives it a great crunch!

    Thanks for this. I just wish you would have made this a bit sooner. I had recently made sushi for the first time at home and it WAS really good for the most part, lets just say…my husband said we should just stick to the shrimp tempura next time! hahaha. The crab stix i got werent too tasty! :(
