    Hi ! I need to prepare my daughter's Tiffin early morning, is it ok to prepare this mixture and keep it overnight in the fridge? Does it have to come to room temperature before frying ?

    Hi Kanak I made this recipe yesterday. my friends and husband were crazy about it.
    here is an advice for the users regarding my experience:
    better let the potato cool in the fridge for at least one hour before adding it to the mixture. if u add it hot and creamy, the mixture will become very sticky which makes it necessary to add much more rice or gram flour.
