Hi John, I've just cooked this and it was very tasty indeed-thank you for all your little Tips.However, I used oregano, chives and curly parsley-basically what I had in my garden and wholemeal flour, again what I had.Also got away with using flora spread(from Woolworths, here in Australia) instead of clarified butter.When finished it looked exactly like yours.
