    We are most "rustics". In Spain is more popular for this dish the smaller ones and we use a clay pot and all ingredient in (garlic, to much garlic jaja Spain loves garlic in all dishes, prawns, gindilla or chillie and olive oil) That's for what i said 'high cuisine'
    Next recipe all i oli? ;P (just garlic and olive oil mushed together)

    i also use frozen shrimp from the gulf of mexico in Galveston, texas where my cousins live. I'm from dallas texas and, we don't have fresh shrimp!

    Anyway, like I was sayin', shrimp is the fruit of the sea. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. Dey's uh, shrimp-kabobs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich. That- that's about it.

    Where in Spain do they make this rice as I've never seen it before? Or is it actually from a south/central American country and Americans call it Spanish rice even though it as nothing to do with Spain. Looks good……I'm just curious.
