Wouldnt it help if we just cut each mushroom in like 3 pieces … much easier to eat when on a piece of bread that way + they will cook sooner too !

I was always told "Never wash mushrooms" just wipe them with paper towel which keeps them dry. Nice recipe.

Could I add 'em in 'green' salads? I LOVE mushrooms and I'm doing my best to eat healthier. Any advice? Please and thank you, kindly 🥗

I'm drooling for this recipe! And 'saludos' (hi) from Puerto Rico 🇵🇷🌴

Wow! thanks a bunch. I've gotta try this tonight. Gonna do the ending part in my Nu Wave oven with some extra sharp cheddar. I can just taste it now.

I wish I had seen this recipe first. Kristina's is good, but I could have used a little more seasoning. Your ricotta looks amazing!!!

This is the only raw recipe I've found that looks delicious. I was wondering tho, why did you use cheese? Isn't that not vegan?

I was skeptical at first because I saw ricotta but after you made it I understood. Could this be made without all of the oil? Would it taste as good?
