I googled steak tartar, cause some clown doesn`t put lemon juice in his, and it makes it poisonous without…, now…, Irish stew without peas…, I won`t google it…, the hell with that, I will…, PEAS!!! Sorry, you`re right…, I found some with just beef and potatoes…, like Martha Steward`s Irish Stew: Beef & Potatoes. Carrots, turnips, onions, chives, mushrooms…, give the cows a chance and put some vegetables in the thing…, it`s going to taste better, and put some flesh on those bones…, yes, I should try to calm down…, it wasn`t this video that got me crazy…, I live in Quebec.

Wow, your stew looks REALLY delicious, Tess! :-0 And, wow again, hard to believe that St Paddy's Day is right around the corner again. (it's a scream, isn't it?) 😉 I'm going to save this one, Tess! Thanks and 10 thumbs up, Norfolk Joe xox :-)

Is the beef really tender after just 30 minutes? My experience with chuck roast is not good lately. Still not tender after slow cooking 2 hours in wine and broth liquid. Am thinking of trying different cut like flank or bottom round. Your recipe looks very tasty. Thanks.
