Hey! @foodwishes would you be interested in putting together a list of kitchen tools that you use often and even some more rarely used tools? I can watch every video, but I just got to this one and I've never heard of a bench scraper. I like to do an impromptu search for a recipe when I'm in the mood, but how great woylf it be if I could at least know I had the staple tools I need!!

Whenever I need to use cold butter and cut it till it's tiny, I shred it using a cheese shredded and then refreeze it. Works amazingly well and is a quicker way

This is kinda like a scone but you're working the dough more? Layers like puff pastry? 😯

"I've never been completely thrilled with what people pass off as cheddar biscuits. Since in general I find them dense and uninteresting."

By "them," I choose to assume he meant "people."

I heard you're not supposed to twist like that because it seals off the sides of the biscuit and interferes with raising.

My first batch of these (cut into squares) are in the oven baking right now. My apartment smells soooo good right now.

Celtic is pronounced with a C in most American English speaking places, yet is traditionally pronounced with a K. Had an argument about this with a Lit teacher in highschool. She hated that I corrected her.
