Don't worry about the triggered Italians, they literally have classes in school where they get 30 mins to go online and argue with non Italians making pasta lol looked nice, didn't need the extra pasta water at the end IMO

Good Morning Chef. I really appreciate your so simple techniques for cooking. I have also tried the tandoori chicken recipe which you showed just using a charcoal technique in your previous video. Thank u. Waiting for more such interesting videos…

Oh I love the work. A huge fan of your channel. But am a vegetarian. Could you help me tone it down for that? Also could you do one on home preparation of hyderabadi haleem for my friends when they come over? Thanks a lot in advance. :)

Great recipe and I will try it. I live in US and absolutely hate the original Italian food. However when the Italian food is made with an Indian twist… it tastes very good. So fuck all the haters and post more Indianized-Italian dishes.

Oh no, NEVER add oil to pasta! You want to sauce to stick to the pasta, but if that's oily, the sauce won't stick. And NEVER drain the pasta that early, it will go rubbery and hard. Make your sauce, then drain the pasta. Add pasta to sauce and add a bit of the cooking liquid (be careful with salt in the sauce as the water contains salt). That gives you a beautiful shiny and juicy pasta.

A lot of knob heads on here throwing abuse at this guy for a different take on an Italian dish. Either you are a nationalistic Italian in which case dial it down a bit…or you are an ignorant troll.

This is a complete BS recipe. Stay with your Indian cuisine, before you loose any credibility left.

Be ready for italians to frown upon you for using Chicken , Basil, Bell peppers (and parmesan) in Arrabbiata.

I always liked your Indian dishes! But I have to dislike this dishes. There are many mistakes and it isn't even an Arrabiata.
Please do a better research or don't try to make non-Indian cuisine.
