    Dammit Chef, you've made me update my pots and pans and purchase a pestle, food processor and real knives. Then a fortune on rehabbing the spice cabinet. Now I have to track down how to find a freaking frozen octopus. Grrr.

    Is there any point to removing the purple skin? Like does it impair the grilling process or something? Because I don't see how it would bother if left on.
