Suggestion, how about making the various sauces and put in jars and sell. Somehow I find it difficult where to buy most of the ingredients need to cook your different recipes. So how about it ???? Looking forward for this sauces in store soon.

Sinced i have 2 jars of tamarind juice which i bought in Asians stores i now searching for different recipes using tamarindos… tonight we have PadThaiNoodles and tomorrow will try that..and sinigang using beef sparibs and ofcourse Tamarind as the base.

Thanks….Pailin!!! I have tried this dish today and it was awesome in taste but instead of palm sugar I used brown sugar. Do you have any recipe in Fish like this easy as this because here in Pakistan is hard to find Thai ingredients such as cilantro Shoots , etc. But still I manage with other ingredients in replacement and some how I make it better

Hi, Pai. The word "Karee" or "Kari" is a Indian dialet for curry. So a Thai would understand this food as curry puff. It happened to sound like a Thai slang for unscrupulous working girl. I enjoyed Thai variety of Karee Puff , which mainly made from regional pastries. We will try your recipe. Thanks.
