    My tita won't like to eat kinilaw before because it's raw. But she didn't even taste it.When some chance go on probably she's so curious and we always wants kinilaw. And now it's her favourite. Hahah

    Yes kinilaw masarap. My list of top 5 seafood: 1.adobong pusit with gata. 2. Sinigang na tiyan ng bangus 3. Relyenong pusit, crab, bangus 4. Ginataang Susu 5. Papisik and nilagpang na dilis

    bangus is perhaps one of the most versatile fish:
    sinigang sa miso (best with binagoongang baboy)paksiw (best eaten in breakfast with scrambled eggs and garlic rice)pesa (same cooking method as tinola but instead of papaya and chili tops you put cabbage, pechay and potato)tinapang bangus (Bangsilog)rellenobangus sardines

    I went to Cebu one time for the Sinulog fiesta, and there was the kinilaw in coconut and lechon side by side. Lo and behold, I went back for kinilaw more than I went for the lechon! I would include "Sinigang na Salmon or Maya Maya sa Miso" in my top 10. Question: would you agree that a deep fried tuna tail tastes like pork fat?
